Tierra Energy is currently developing a new 60 MW windpower facility located in Howard County, Texas. Members of Tierra's management team have been involved in the construction, operation, and acquisition of two nearby wind projects and have extensive knowledge of the local windpower markets. Tierra began the greenfield development process in 2003, and expects the project to be operational in 2008.
